OUR MISSION
The City will nurture and develop a sustained economic development organization and make an effort to continually improve Fairborn’s economic environment and residents' quality of life. The outcome will be a diversified local economy with new business growth and existing business expansions providing diverse employment opportunities, increased wages, and additional investment and reinvestment in the community.

OUR SERVICES
Our Economic Development Team works to provide full-service assistance to contribute to the development of existing and new businesses. We are available to assist with resources for incentive packages, property and land information, statistical data, and training and networking opportunities. We are working to:
- Promote a Business Friendly Environment
- Promote Business Retention and Expansion
- Promote Small Business Development and Entrepreneurs
- Recruit New Business Development

The Community Improvement Corporation of Fairborn, Ohio, dba The Fairborn Development Corporation holds monthly meetings on the third Thursday of every month at 3:00 pm. Location 305 W. Main Street (Spark), unless otherwise specified.
